We require at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will receive a partial refund. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Yes, a $50 deposit is required to hold your appointment for first time clients. If we do not receive your deposit within 72 hours of your scheduled service, the appointment will be automatically cancelled. Deposits can be made via Zelle 408-674-7177 or Venmo (@iihanii).

Please avoid using retinols, Retin-A, AHAs, BHAs, and exfoliating treatments for at least 5 days before your scheduled service. Avoid sun exposure, waxing, or dermaplaning during that time as well.

Ensure your scalp is clean and dry (best to wash day or blow dry thoroughly before appointment. Do not apply oils or heavy products. We recommend avoiding caffeine and alcohol the day before to minimize sensitivity.
